I admit I am guilty of some of the above at times and try to put my "Crackberry" away after a certain time of night when I am home. I took the day off for a Jewish holiday yesterday, didn't answer calls, didn't touch the computer or return mail and it was great. Amazingly enough, I'm still in business again today! IMAGINE THAT!
