2007 2008 2009 How Are You Progressing On Your 2009 Wedding Marketing Plan?Just checking in with you on your 2009 wedding marketing plan.

  • You did complete a written plan didn’t you? How is it going?
  • You’ve installed Google Analytics on your web site and are checking the stats, right?
  • You’re tracking your bridal show leads, right?
  • And I know you’ve implemented a tracking system for your leads in your database, haven’t you?
  • Do you know your conversion rates from contact to appointment, and from appointment to sales?
  • Can you tell me the average price per sale?
  • How about the average marketing expense per sale?
  • How’s your blog coming?
  • Have you developed a social media strategy?

Just checking… If you don’t have all of these in hand, you’re still flying by the seat of your wedding-marketing-pants.

If you don’t have a business partner, maybe you should buddy up with another wedding business or hire a marketing coach.

Anyway, it’s your call. Only follow these suggestions if you want to make more money and feel like you’re really in charge of your business.
