Charlotte, NC Welcomes NACE Conference: Experience 2009!
The Living Tree greets conference attendees
On Sunday, conference attendees converged on Charlotte, NC from all parts of North America to attend the Annual NACE Educational Conference: NACE Experience 2009!
The Sunday evening welcome event was held at beautiful 3-level park, just 1.5 blocks from the host hotel, Westin Charlotte.
A unique greeting was provided by a ‘living tree.’ The tree (pictured right) was inhabited by a female contortionist, on stilts, with arm extensions, all disguised with the her costume.
‘The Living Tree’ roamed the party, much like a ‘forest mime’ as guests shot photos, posed with the tree, and generally gawked in amazement, at its fluid movement.
This morning, the first full day of meetings, presentations and seminars, kicked off with a gospel breakfast. The keynore speaker, Chef Rocco DiSpirito has finished his presentation and it’s time for seminars.
Wedding Marketing Authority, Andy Ebon, will be giving a seminar on Using Facebook and LinkedIn for Business.
