Robin Rocks the NACE Marketplace

Robin Brockelsby, co-owner of Reno-based Creative Coverings has a constant challenge. Her company is constantly fighting larger and long-established linen companies, across the United States. So, when she gets involved Robin has to make it count.

At the 2009 NACE Educational Experience, Robin made a dramatic splash by sponsoring the table coverings for both the opening day breakfast and luncheons. This ‘first-statement’ really set her up for the second day, ‘NACE Marketplace.’ Creative Coverings was one of several linen companies exhibiting, by her company had created a decided advantage. Attendees were coming to her booth, in droves, to ask about what they had seen at the opening day meals.

When it comes to sponsorships, donations, or any presence at a national or local association event, the familiar saying applies: Go Big or Go Home!

  1. I’m lucky enough to be Reno based and have Creative Coverings in my backyard. They have made my events outstanding successes….even when I needed 200 special order 132″ tablecloths because of a last minute change in the color scheme of a Gala. 6 days out I ordered and they had them there the day prior for setup. Truly amazing!
Thanks for recognizing Creative Coverings, Andy! I always look forward to reading your blogs…very pertinent to people in the industry!

  2. Jodi Harris says:

I’m very impressed with Robin and the professionalism of her company. Robin and her team are extremely helpful and know their stuff. I have not yet had the opportunity to work Robin as my company has not had the need, however, Creative Coverings will be the company who gets my business. They are a class act all the way!
