Marie Porter, Nerdy Cake Artist. Evil Cake Overlord, and owner of Celebration Generation, a Minneapolis – St. Paul – based wedding baker ‘gets it,’ when it comes to the company’s Twitter background.

Some companies benefit from a single, striking image (a wedding gown, for example). Others can utilize a sampler of images (flowers, cakes, for example).

When it comes to Twitter backgrounds, probably the only wrong method is a single, repeated image or logo, which just creates visual clutter.

Upon seeing the Celebration Generation Twitter presence, I immediately wanted to know more about the business. And THAT is how you should want people to react, when it comes to your business.

  1. Ok Mr. Ebon,

Your Monday morning gift (and mine too for listening to you…again!) is my new, non-tiled Twitter Background @lvwedconcierge.

I agree with you (again) and like my snappy, clean, new image. I am sure now it will tell a story that people want to learn more about!

Thank you my friend & mentor. Off to The Big Easy go I.
