Ten Business Building Strategies To Start The New Year: Tip #10
This, of course, assumes that you are already using videos on your website.
Showing a testimonial, giving a quick highlight, or running a 5-minute company demo are ALL good uses of video. If you have edited-video on your website or embedded video from YouTube or another video service, that’s great.
As I sit on the living room couch, multi-tasking, I realized that I am mimicking the 21st century bride, and her use of video. I’m doing work on a 13″ MacBook Pro laptop, watching football on a 60″ Mitsubishi flat screen TV (was watching wedding TV shows earlier), and have my trusty iPhone, within arm’s length.
At different times of the day, all three of these hardware choices are actively used for video. The bride has, and uses, multiple formats, as well.
Your assignment; should you choose to accept it. Have the videos you are using (or plan to use) re-edited for these different formats and screen resolutions.
While you’re at it, make sure your demo is saved into your iPhone or other smart phone, so you are always equipped to give a quick presentation.
If you’ve already completed these tasks, go back to watching football or some of the many wedding television programs you’ve recorded on your DVR.
