Many organizations bring me in for a 25-30 minute presentation, as part of a local meeting. These have been successful at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The topics can be shortened versions of keynotes or, in some cases, trimmed down seminars. However, this will not be possible for some seminars, as the certain choices are not effective in such a short format.
REQUIREMENT: Meal presentations will only be made before or after the meal. If after the meal, once dessert and coffee are served, the presentation can commence. Competition with servers and clanking dishware is strictly forbidden. Really!! 
In the right set of circumstances, a dinner presentation can be schedule the night before a symposium, or, at the end of day, after a symposium.
